Yes, your booking is binding as soon as you receive the travel documents from Involatus. You will receive two emails: a confirmation/invoice and a voucher with a guide to registering with the operating airline.

Every booking through Involatus is bindingly confirmed with the airline. Please note that it is up to the airline to decide when passenger names booked through a tour operator allocation are read in. Some airlines read in the names immediately, other airlines take a little more time with this. Involatus has no influence on this process.

Booking portals offer the cheapest flights, which can result in only one route being confirmed by Involatus. In this case, please contact the booking portal to obtain information about the ticket issuer for the other route.

Please check your spam folder. If the emails are not there, please send an email to customer.service@involatus.com. Did you enter your email address incorrectly? Then please also send an email to customer.service@involatus.com so that we can make the correction.

Schedule changes can be made by airlines or flight providers. Involatus informs you of these changes by email. At the same time, you will receive a guide about your options in case of a significant change, if the replacement flight is not suitable for you.

It may take some time for the update to appear on the homepage, so the flight is still visible even though it is no longer for sale.

Involatus also receives a deadline from the flight provider to request a rebooking or cancellation. If no feedback is received within the specified deadline, the changed flight booking is considered confirmed. Please check your mailbox regularly.
